Through email and phone, you fill out a questionnaire covering your likes and dislikes, your goals for the room and your budget. Then, approximately four weeks later, you'll receive a 'presentation portfolio', including a concept board, furniture plan, material & paint swatches, list of resources, designer tips and an explanation of how to put the design together. The portfolio is a convenient size and it's portability allows you to bring it with you on your shopping trips.
